CRED-COMMUNITY REALIGNMENT EDUCATION
& DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
At CRED, we are dedicated to uplifting some of the most vulnerable members of our community—specifically, minority men & women, formerly incarcerated individuals, low-income families and The Transitional Age Youth (TAY) young adults aged 18 to 24 years, inclusive, with priority given to those currently or formerly in the foster care or probation systems. These groups face tremendous challenges, including recidivism, homelessness, human trafficking, gang violence, abusive relationships, substance dependencies, and a lack of family or community support.
Our programs offer housing, life skills education, and a path to self-sufficiency that will empower them to break the cycles they are trapped in. But we can’t do it alone. Your donation can make a life-changing impact on these survivors. By contributing to CRED, you’re not just giving to a program—you’re investing in a future where these individuals have the support, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive. Please join us in making a difference.
